Reason for Becoming a Teacher: “I started teaching after I had worked in several different careers throughout my 20’s. I did everything from being a telemarketer to selling shoes! Eventually, I wanted a career that helped me feel like the work I was doing made a difference in my community. Working with students to help them achieve their goals has helped me feel purposeful. I love seeing a student realize their potential!”
