When you decided to go back to school or continue your education, what interested you the most about the Adult & Alternate Education Centre?
How [AAEC staff] were willing to work with me while I was pregnant and had no judgment whatsoever. They made parenting courses to help guide me in the right direction.

What project or assignment challenged you the most as a student? Why?
I’m not sure.

What was the most surprising thing you learned about yourself during your time at the Adult & Alternate Education Centre?
The most surprising thing I learned about myself, was when you really put your mind to something you can achieve it.

What advice would you give to other students who are looking to attend the Adult & Alternate Education Centre?[If a] high school setting is not for you the Adult & Alternate Education Centre is definitely the place to go. I would not have graduated at all if it wasn’t for the kind and motivating staff.

Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
In the next 5 to 10 years I see myself living life to the fullest with my son.
